Project: Corto.Fun (domain: corto.fun) provides an API interface for interacting with the public Solana blockchain under a non-custodial model.
Crypto operations involve high volatility, technical failures, slippage, MEV exposure, network delays, and partial or total loss risk. All trading decisions are made solely by the user.
Commercial pricing and platform fee terms are defined in your plan agreement and in Terms of Service.
Keys and access policy
- Users are solely responsible for private key and API key custody; the service is non-custodial.
- Keys are displayed at generation time and must be stored securely by the user.
- Any key compromise, third-party sharing, posting in chats, or cloud exposure is the user's responsibility.
- If keys are lost, wallet access cannot be recovered.
Automation, agent wallet, and control-plane notice
- Agent wallet generation, execution keys, settings keys, policy controls, builders, analytics, data stream tools, generated snippets, previews, and examples are convenience interfaces only. They do not replace your own approvals, internal controls, monitoring, simulation, compliance checks, or risk management.
- You are solely responsible for prompts, automation logic, destinations, allowlists, capability toggles, rolling limits, memo rules, partner payout values, token launch inputs, claim requests, and any other parameters sent through these features.
- We do not guarantee that automation rules, prompts, policies, destinations, snippets, previews, analytics outputs, route hints, status messages, or stream payloads are correct, complete, safe, current, profitable, lawful, or suitable for production use without your own validation.
- If your credentials, prompts, settings, or automation cause repeated, incorrect, delayed, duplicated, uneconomic, unwanted, or otherwise harmful blockchain actions, all resulting activity and loss remain your responsibility.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for losses caused by bot or agent workflows, copied snippets, stale analytics, WebSocket interruptions, missing stream messages, wrong destinations, policy misconfiguration, execution loops, third-party relays, or any system acting on your credentials, prompts, or instructions.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Unless mandatory rules require otherwise, user-service relations are interpreted under applicable laws of the Argentine Republic. Disputes are resolved in a competent jurisdiction tied to the service operator, subject to mandatory venue rules.
Users must independently ensure that API usage and trading actions comply with local laws, sanctions requirements, and any compliance obligations applicable to them.
Partner payout disclaimer
If partnerAddress and related partner fee parameters are provided, the service adds an additional transfer according to user-supplied values.
The portal does not limit partner commission size. The operator is not responsible for partner fee amount, partner disputes, configuration mistakes, or any resulting financial outcome.
